The influence of the Love Support Unite team and all the volunteers in Malawi and the UK is life changing, not only to those that they help, but also to the volunteers themselves.  The hard work of our volunteers through our outreach projects has contributed to the following achievements:

  • Offered medical treatment and advice saving many lives, working alongside the HSA
  • Distributed Malaria tests and treatments
  • Offered relief in time of famine- short and long term
  • Provided skills workshops; adult literacy, teaching English, computer skills, internet training, sewing and carpentry
  • Dispense micro-loans to families in the community, enabling them to start their own businesses
  • Installed two Bore Holes at Mkunkhu
  • Installed Solar Power with the help of FireFly Solar to give power for learners of all ages and help to provide revenue to help the school pay its volunteer teachers and buy school and farm equipment.
  • Helped Mkunkhu community to build 3 school blocks educating 600 learners
  • Sustainably help the community to feed 450 learners twice a week
